Be familiar with software system analysis and design methodology: object-oriented/structured system analysis and design.

Be familiar with C/C++ programming language and at least one popular development environment, e.g., Microsoft Visual Studio.

Basic understanding of software system performance analysis and general optimization methods.

Basic understanding of software engineering.

Must be a good team player and have the capability to adjust to a fast changing work environment. Good communication skills will be helpful.
